Doors open at 7 p.m. and the presentation will begin at 7:15 p.m. The museum is working toward the construction of its new building at the Peterborough Lift Lock National Historic Site on the Trent-Severn Waterway. The redevelopment project is in close collaboration with Parks Canada. At the public event, community members will have the opportunity to submit their ideas and input on priorities for the museum as it continues its journey of reinvention and relocation. All are welcome to attend this public presentation, though please note, seating in the main theatre area will be somewhat limited. The presentation will be projected on screens set up throughout the museum’s galleries.
