Tumblehome Shop: Cute and cuddly plush wilderness creatures are on sale this weekend for 15% off at our gift shop. Handmade pottery pieces by Maxwell Pottery, including kayak serving dishes and canoe dip bowls, are among our new arrivals. As well, our new featured artisan is Stephen Kitchen, whose work comes from a deep love of canoes and their stories. Stephen is a wood worker from the Durham Region and former wooden boat restorer.

For a selection of handcrafted merchandise including artwork, jewelry and pottery; and last-minute gift- giving ideas, Tumblehome Shop is open during museum hours. Admission is not required to shop, but proceeds from the store support the museum.
