Ticket Terms & Conditions
All ticket holders agree to the following Ticket Terms & Conditions when they purchase a ticket for The Canadian Canoe Museum:
1. Ticket Purchase and Reservation
- Tickets are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity.
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
2. Ticket Holder Responsibility
- Ticket holders are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the reservation or purchase process.
- Ticket holders must comply with all museum rules and regulations during the event.
3. Ticket Limitations and Changes:
- The Canadian Canoe Museum reserves the right to limit, cancel, revoke, or otherwise change tickets at its discretion, including but not limited to instances of overbooking, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event of ticket cancellation or revocation, the Museum may provide a refund or offer an alternative ticket option as determined by the Museum.
4. Event Photography and Videography:
- Ticket holders acknowledge and consent to the Canadian Canoe Museum’s right to capture photography and videography during the event.
- By attending the event, ticket holders grant the museum permission to use any captured images or recordings for promotional, educational, or archival purposes without compensation or notification.
5. Liability and Indemnity:
- Ticket holders participate in museum events at their own risk.
- The Canadian Canoe Museum and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience sustained by ticket holders during the event, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
- Ticket holders agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Museum and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their attendance at the event.
Miscellaneous
- These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the ticket holder and the Canadian Canoe Museum regarding event attendance and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
- The Museum reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.
- By purchasing or reserving a ticket for a Canadian Canoe Museum event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
