Kawartha Highlands 5-Day Adventure – Jul 22 to Jul 26, 2024
July 22 @ 9:00 AM – July 26 @ 4:00 PM
Ages 12 -16
This canoe trip is a Canoe Museum favourite. We’re big fans of adventures in our own backyard – the beautiful Kawartha Highlands Provincial Park!
This co-ed, five-day flatwater trip is a great introduction to backcountry camping and wilderness canoe tripping. Days are spent paddling, portaging and playing as we move campsites throughout the trip. Learn backcountry cooking, how to set up tents and tarps, and how to camp comfortably and safely. Transportation from The Canoe Museum and back is included, along with all required gear and equipment.
